hester’s so cool! she’s friends with dead witches and satan…how awesome! dimmesdale is not being as inconspicuous as he thinks he’s being. also…is pearl literally an elf? because thats also super cool. i’m glad that everyone came around and decided not to take pearl from her. by the way, all of these old men are pretty creepy. roger, i’m looking at you. anyways, rock on!

i would love to hug each of these characters. i love pip, geo, and jason (especially his scooby doo photo!). rooney was good, reminded me of neil from the dps movie. its the shakespeare, i think. it was a very fun book overall, major props to alice!! i loved the universe city reference!! i got so excited lol. pip was super relatable to me, and it was super nice to see some good representation. sunil was amazing too!

holding back tears! ayla is half automa now, how cool 🥹. crier is still a book nerd which i adore. justice was served!!! and ayla is also a scientist now. bill nye who? i wish that we got more of storm but that’s okay💘. these two made the last few months bearable. i love them to bits. “just crier” 😭☹️🥺.

fuck kinok! crier’s such a badass, as is ayla. power couple extraordinare. the iron heart just went boom. lol. now we’re chilling with queen junn at crier’s old palace. just found yora’s heart…score!!

i dearly love these characters. finished the book last night. we all deserve a lana in our lives! shirley got what she deserved :). lily was simply fantastic. kath was so sweet and charming! i’ve never been to cali before but now i feel like i would know my way around. i also feel like i went to the telegraph club. i did not, sadly! in my mind i did though! may we all be allowed to love! love is love…💞

i grew to love this book! the writing was rough at times, but i grew to love it as well. it seems quite wrong to have a favorite but i adored paul d and denver. beloved was such a good representation of sethe’s life and struggles, and what happens when we confront our past selves. we need to grow and learn from them, not cower in fear, or stay in hiding. sethe’s confrontation with herself was raw and emotional.

i am on the verge of sobbing very hard right now. how is it that i only have around 50 more pages left to read? i see so much of myself in lily and her uncertainty, but also in her approach to love. kath being arrested has me devastated. absolutely devastated. i adore lana, claire, and paula <3. they’re the best! shirley sucks (for the moment). it feels like ive been sneaking out, just by reading this…

hello…i hope somebody listening…. carol got what she deserved. im so so so so happy for aled and frances and literally all of the characters :). i love them so much!! my heart is so full. aled is the coolest, ever!! what an amazing book! my favorite so far from this year <3

the gang’s going to rescue aled 🥹😭🥰. i miss him ;(. also daniel is now a favorite and so is carys “february.” i HATE carol last. she is the devil personified. she deserves absolute hell. she is a monster. how dare she hurt feb and aled. AND BRIAN. i demand justice. i adore frances. and i love raine. i love them all. i love alice oseman. what a fun journey

the page numbers are off but im about 43% through i think. alice KILLED IT yet again. i am not surprised. she’s magical. i adore aled and i love frances to the moon and back. im undecided on daniel and carys. i also really really like her friend raine. <3

some of mr. thomas c. foster’s jokes are horrible, i like some of his examples, but sometimes he way overexplains stuff. boring stuff. theres some good in there though!

kath is a certified baby butch. lily’s definitely going to be an engineer (or something like that). her and shirley’s trip to go see the seals was cute. i feel for shirley a little. she better win miss chinatown and prove all of the gossip girls in town dead wrong! she’s got this…apparently not without lily though…
