The conversation felt one step removed to Boyd. He may as well have been reading a spy novel about a character getting inducted to a secret agency for all that he felt personally invested in the situation.

Well this Read is certainly going to be warm and fuzzy.

I’m flying out for a week long business trip so I doubt I’ll be doing much reading (pout) or checking in until next weekend.

The sentences are short & choppy and the writing is clunky but Piotr is breaking my heart.

Only a little bit in and already the scariest horror story I’ve ever read.

I realize that in fiction there must be a certain suspension of disbelief but after a couple of decades of seeing/working with truckers on an almost daily basis it is very hard for me to picture a muscular sexy one. Beer bellies, bad backs and random hygiene seem more the norm.
