I did the challenge for 2015 and it consumed my entire year. I love reading more than life but I feel like I did nothing but strive towards my goal. Hey, I did enjoy every minute of it :-) I did start the 2016 challenge and have one book done and most of second. I was upset that when I checked other challengers to find that some people had put themselves in as having 'read' 1800 books in twelve months. I believe that is a crock and they should not be allowed to get away with it...though how it could be policed I have no idea but it defeats the purpose of a challenge if people cheat so blatantly and get away with it. However, if I am reading anyway I will post them as I read them but no fanaticism this year. Thank goodness I was just challenging myself and not really feeling like I was competing. Good luck. My goals this year are to reach 175 pounds by next Christmas, for all my family and friends and pets to live healthy, happy lives right through entire year and for me to try not to spend too much money and to get my new will written and taken to new lawyer. Sort of what my agenda was last year and I never made any of those goals either.
