Butter Cookies and Demon Claws (Demon Cycle):
"This was a surprisingly cosy novella set in a decided uncosy world. Having read both The Demon Cycle series and The Nightfall Saga (at least the ones that have been published), this had a very different vibe to it. But I am here for it!

"What happens when an author decides to try a 'cosy' novella in their existing (not cosy) fantasy world? Well, if this novella is anything to go by - good things! The demons may have been vanquished, cookies may abound, but there's still a mystery - a"

| So little happens in this charming cozy fantasy, and yet I found myself warmed and engaged throughout. What thaumistry is this? | |

| I purchased this book to attend my friend Sarah's Brooklyn launch event with my sixteen year old, who has been a fan for years. I did not expected to be so utterly entranced by cozy fantasy, but the Spellshop is like reading the opposite of a panic a ...more | |

Love your books Sir, but I had to unfollow you. Whoever updates your Goodreads profile, is a little over eager. Whenever I log on, I am spammed by dozens of posts. Its just too much.
Forgot to! Thanks for the reminder. Terence wrote: "Are you were going to change your profile picture to the new one you use on Facebook and your new book?"

I love your series. I wait forever for a book and a day-or-two later I am waiting forever again. ^_^ Thanks a lot for the world I can escape to, one of the best in the genre.
Hey, Peter. Thank you for accepting. I am loving your books. It's a shame the translation hasn't got to Mexico yet, though. I can think of a few people who would also love your work. Have a nice day :)

The series is awesome. There is not to many Epic/Dark adult fantasies out there. The Painted/Warded man is one of my all time favorites. It feels like 1 part LIl'Abner 1 part crucible shake not stir-then add demons for taste.
Just finished The Daylight War, and I have to say: Absolutely loved it! Just the book I needed, at just the right time. :)
