If humanity has found a way to reliably preserve information for 5000 years, I haven't heard about it. Everyone is trying to spread the information far and wide so it isn't lost again, but there are no guarantees.

I understand the reluctance to read unfinished series, but it's important to note that without support from readers, many series get canceled before they can be finished. While a handful of authors struggle to finish their series, the vast majority of us are working consistently, but need readers to convince publisher to keep going.
That said, the Nightfall Saga currently does not have that problem. There will be 3 books in total, and with the first two on sale and the third partially written, I can say with confidence that you can start reading. Book two has a firm ending, and book 3 will be in a different setting with an all-new supporting cast.
I may write more books in the Demon Cycle world, but my next project after Nightfall will be something different.

YES. I listened to a LOT of Tool, particularly while I was writing The Warded Man, but also throughout my other books. I am always playing music when I write. We don't have an active TV project right now, so I can't say what the music will be like for that.

Yes! Book 3 of the Nightfall Saga, which I am writing now, takes place on an entirely different continent, and has a whole different approach to demon control. Look for it in ~18 months.

We are changing UK narrators for the Nightfall Saga books and re-releasing The Desert Prince on 4 January 2024 so the audio matches going forward. The new narrators, Saskia Maarleveld and Michael Crouch, are amazing, critically acclaimed voices who really bring the characters to life. I sat in on the recording of Desert Prince to advise on pronunciations and the like, and will again for Hidden Queen which will release on 14 March.

The Hidden Queen has been delivered to my publishers and is currently being edited. We don't have an exact publication date yet, but usually books are in stores 9-12 months from this stage. Expect it early 2024!

Derek and Brayan were from the Brayan's Gold novella, which isn't required reading, but still canon. I realized some readers might be mildly confused seeing them threaded into the novels, but I don't think it was enough to adversely affect anyone's enjoyment. Everything readers need to understand the relationships is in the text of The Core.

Yes! Graphic Audio has the manuscript and is working on their edition as we speak. I expect it will be available more or less the same time as print and unabridged audio.
