I read Red-Headed Stepchild by Jaye Wells This book is the first in the Sabina Kane series.

* Task 20.7 Shorter is Sweeter- Isabell's task: In homage to MZB

I chose Option 1 and read a book by an author that has died since 1999. The book that I read is Mother Night by Kurt Vonnegut
Kurt Vonnegut died April 11, 2007.

I read The Giver by Lois Lowry

I chose Option 1. My Book X was Tolstoy and the Purple Chair: My Year of Magical Reading for task 5.10. In the Tolstoy book, The Giver is mentioned on page 90, paragraph 2. The main character of the Tolstoy book talks about reading The Giver one year in her local library.

My bf knows that he's not to disturb me the weekend new tasks come out lol And yes, Peebee! Taking off work for reading is a completely acceptable practice!
