I don't see the answer to your questions anywhere in the rules. I guess it's up to you. I didn't use 'a', 'an' and 'the' in my titles back when I did this challenge, and I didn't use the same word three times in a row either. But like I said, it's up to you.

I'll try to find a book so I don't use cowboy three times in a row.
