Piper! Okay it's because Reyna doesn't do anything that pleases me. Why couldn't she just scream in Octavian's face and says he wrong. I mean COME ON! I got super angry at that! >:(

Have you read Mark of Athena? On page 152 it said "Piper looked up at the clouds and wondered if her mother, Aphrodite,was somehow influencing him. His apology seemed to good to be true.
But don't stop, she thought.
Aphrodite might not be, but Piper doesn't really seem to care, in fact she is even encouraging it.

then again...if your saying that piper means that jason shouldn't stop the apology that seems to good to be true; directly after saying that her mother may somehow be influencing him, it still infers that piper is encouraging her mother...because hse is basically saying that the 'too good to be true apology' is a result of her mother's influence...regardless of how it is taken.

Jason and piper all the way! I know piper can be annoying sometimes, but i remember feeling that way towards annabeth too at some points (esp. when she was all over Luke). But I love Percy and annabeth together, the same way I like Jason and piper together. They're just really cute!! But I'm secretly hoping Leo and reyna will get together. Both of them are lonely, and I think they compliment each other. Reyna's too serious and Leo can be too exuberant. When they get together, voila! Balance!

No, but why would she do that? Right in front Jason? That would be kinda creepy, so of course she wouldn't beg her mom. If Pipers tough, why would she beg her mom to help her with her relationship? There isn't a logical reason to why she would beg her mom for help.
What I'm trying to say is that she wouldn't do that, so saying she could have done something worse when it isn't logical doesn't work at all. What she did was basically the worse thing she could have done. She basically said,"Mom, if your influencing Jason, keep on doing it!"
And her relationship with Jason isn't awful, at least for her side of the relationship, but for everyone else...

It wasn't friendship because your hot or have cool powers, and it wasn't there because you are on a quest with me, which is what it seemed like in TLH. It was pure friendship, stronger than Piper and Jason, yet they treat it like it never happened and that theirs is stronger.
I'm not really sure. Reyna and Jason have been with each other longer but although Piper and Jason have been on the least adventures possible they had the most dangerous one (right???)

Sometime I wonder if we are reading the same book. Jason do say on his piknik with Piper that he is not stupid enough to break up with Piper. Jason also says that Piper encourages him to be a better person and do the right thing, that he would not had dare to do the right thing in the Herkules situation without her.Isn't it strange that Jason ask Piper to talk to Reyna in TMoA, even suggesting sharmspeak? If Jason and Reyna were so close friends why don't he talk to her himself? But then again if Jason and Reyna were really close, why do he feels so lonely (he express it through TLH). The loneliness didn't come from his amnesia. It was already there. He would not have felt so lonely if he had someone he really could talk to in camp Jupiter.
It is not about who is best between Reyna and Piper, is about who suits Jason best (two different questions). I think Piper suits Jason better than Reyna.

Jason was his past and it would feel awkward for him to talk to her again. Personally, I think Jason tries to run away from his problems so he told Piper to talk to Reyna.
Once again, it would be an awkward conversation. Reyna will probably be straight forward with him and tell him that he's changed and that's probably something he doesn't want to hear.
Well, could t be that he was actually alone. He didn't have the Romans with him, he was surrounded by Greeks.
He has Dakota, Bobby, Gwen and Reyna. But, I guess he didn't talk to them about that.

I actually would like to change my opinion on who should Jason pick. The first time I commented, I said he should pick Piper because Reyna was too serious and Piper was on the bus with him when they first met. I realize that yes, Hera was messing with him, and that the reasons I posted weren't very fair. After re-reading TLH and SON, I have to admit, I like Reyna a lot better now. In my opinion, Jason should pick Reyna because first of all, I think they made Piper way too perfect. She is not only a daughter of Aphrodite, but she also a daughter of a movie star, and yet, is asking for attention by stealing a BMW? Pretty spoiled if you ask me. Meanwhile, Reyna is left alone with no one. I have to admit, I would like Leo and Reyna together, but we all know that that probably wouldn't happen. Piper's also kind of annoying to me.

It wasn't that bad stealing for attention, I guess. I just wish she tried to get his attention some other way, like being very good at a sport,or very smart academically and getting awards for that, instead of doing it in a more negative way.

She is 15. In three years she will be considered an adult. In a way she is grown up, so people might considered her mature enough to know better than to commit those crimes. Even if she does stop stealing, it probably will affect the way people treat her.

Am I missing something here? Why is this question posted in 'The Son of Neptune' thread? In Neptune, no choice for Jason exists yet. I haven't read 'Mark of Athena' yet so I'll assume that in Athena the choice between Reyna and Piper finally presents itself
