1st. Would we all like Percy running off getting a new love interest?

2nd. Piper and Jeyna knew eachother for really a week, well eight months now,
whilst Reyna and Jason have most likely known each other the four years Reyna has been in service.

3rd. Jeyna is all Roman. At the end of the war, theres not going to magically be a connect camp like in fanfictions, where Jiper can see each other all the time.

thats true though, the Reyna not lasting long part...I think she will selflessly sacrifice herself to save Piper, even though Jason picks Piper and she hates them for it. And then Jason will kill Piper to avenge Reynas death. Okay, the last part was exaggerating it but still, I think Reynas WAY better than Piper even though Jason will probably pick Piper. *Cough* After she charm speaks him no doubt *cough* ;)

i don't think ppl dislike piper because of her mother per se...its what her mother represents and how it is interpretted...Aphrodite and her children were/are portrayed as the pompous/conceited types and because of that generalization, ppl associate piper to be like that, and therefore don't like her...silena, even though she was portrayed as caring about her looks etc...she did end up dying as a hero during a fight; and that is why some people have a bit more respect/like silena a bit more.

Thats so true! I actally kinda liked Selena but I thought Piper to be a down-right selfish girl who really just cares about looks...and the funny thing is that Piper and Selena are half sisters...its weird really, but I kinda hate the whole aphrodite cabin but Selena (who is dead now) so when i found out that Piper is Aphrodites kid, I was like 'man, this book is gonna suck (TLH)'

One thing abt being a Roman is not to show emotions. Reyna probably doesnt seem into Jason that much in The Son of Neptune but deep down she might be into Jason just like Jason probably was since he felt guilty for liking Piper.

She had her father kidnapped and she was told to betray her friends but didn't how is that not hard? She probably just hasn't had as many hardships because she is newer to camp half-blood

Percy's mom was kidnapped as well & he had to go & get the lightning bolt for Zeus for a war between Posidean & Zeus. Percy has had it hard & he accepted it. Just because he went thought a hard time doesn't mean that he deserved Annabeth. They became friends overtime & then they slowly took baby steps to become what they are today.

yep..and he (percy) thought his mom was dead for the most part...:/

I'm not saying that Piper didn't go through hardships, but saying that she deserves him more doesn't make sense when Reyna's been through worse...besides Piper isn't the first one to have a hard decision to make, Percy has had his share; and Reyna, being a leader, would also have hard decisions to make.

Btw, Leo is new to the camp as well, and he did hv more hardships than Piper.

That's another thing. Even if Jason WANTED to leave Piper, Aphordite wouldn't let him, and would stop him. Meaning that the relationship would be slightly fake.

Oh, I will be quarelling becouse nearly all Lost Hero from Piper's POV was about how she's in love with Jason and how she regrets that they were couple only in her mind.
