Probably one of the best live albums made. Followed by Santana Lotus IMO.
I've been listening to this band after getting a free download from The Guardian! Highly recommended.http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tassili-Tinar...
Simon - my brother is a massive Captain Beefheart fan and last night I listened to a very long explanation of how the captain worked with his musicians, how he wrote, how he recorded.....I've never listened to any of his music though!

I've really come to appreciate Alex Harvey ove the years.
Hi Linda,I played some beefheart last night. I think my tastes have changed :)
Love your cat by the way. I must try and get a flattering photo of Dotty.
Songwriting sensation Ed Sheeran follows up smash hit single "The A Team", with his debut album +. After a string of EPs dating back to 2005, the young pop troubadour finally gets the exposure his he deserves with this new full-length release. The album also includes current single "You Need Me, I Don't Need You".Ed Sheeran - MP3 Album of the week

Alison is perhaps Elvis' best sad song. I think EC is probably the best songwriter of the last 30 to 40 years.

Many saw this at the start of his career with Watching the Detectives and the album that followed. Alas, I confess that I was not one of them. However, I have caught on now. Better late than never.
The Fall... 2x4Donovan... Barbajagal
Neil Young... It's a dream
Bob Dylan... It's all over baby blue
i soo love random play...
Ooo, random track setting. I must admit I find that very irritation. I tend to set it to random album.Nice choice though.
I remember once driving across country and listening to the Joshua Tree by U2. For those who don't know it, the last track is quite quiet then fades gently out. The next album was Slipknot, probably one of the loudest thrash metal bands. The change was so sudden I nearly went off the road with shock!

It seems like our iPods have similar thoughts - it's playing The Penthouse Tapes ... SAHB. Great transistors think alike.

I read that as 'it's good to be green'
I thought," hey cool! Kermit's song"!
I'd get it but I'm sure the price will go up before Christmas. If you're getting it Simon, please order two? I'll collect it when we go to B'wade. If you can afford to wait for the money, that is...
'Walk on by' who did sing that? Anyway listening to it on FFH Jazz. The great thing about internet radio is most the time you havent a clue where the station is.
we're all going on a summer holiday, we're all going for a week or 2... ...Oh, is that just me? Sorry didn't mean to rub it in.

"We're all going to shoot Cliff Richard for the holiday. It might take a week or two." - Summer holiday tune.

As did The Average White Band
What an interesting choice my iPod is having today. Listening to The Cross of Changes by Enigma.I have this overwhelming desire to read a Dan Brown book.
