I've had that one (The Night Circus) highly recommended to me. I can't wait to get my hands on it!

I love that you're all bonding over Delirium so I just wanna point out that it was a group read a while ago and that we have a topic where you can discuss it without worrying about spoiling it for those who haven't read it yet (in other words me). :P
I'll link you to it cuz I'm such a good mod. :P http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/5...

I'm reading
(I can't be bothered to find my edition of it right now, but obviously I'm reading it in French). It's pretty hard going. Proust has got to be the king of digression and once he's digressed about a dozen different topics, he snaps back to the first like he never stopped talking about it.

What's Ted Dekker like? I know he's a Christian author which is why I've avoided him till now. Does he have a strong Christian message or just basic little Christian influences?

The things that annoys me with Ted Dekker is that he puts a romance in every book. If he just wrote suspense/fantasy with no romance sub-plot I think I would like him more.

I'm 20. I've also tried it a couple of times before. I tried it last year and the year before. I think it could be just how you view the book. I read Wuthering Heights a few months ago and loved it so when the challenge came up I thought now is the time and all that. I'm 2/3 of the way through it but it doesn't feel as good as Wuthering as there's literally nothing happening for me. Maybe what I was expecting isn't something that was required from a book when it was written.
