That sounds great. I've not read any of hers yet Leonie. Hope you learned some good things.

Also I swear school library rosters me on when they know they're gonna have a bunch of little tools coming into the library. All these Year 8's giving..."
I think I'm not too old.. But then I'm the one with the Year 8 girl. So I am old :( But she behaves herself in the library.. ;) When I can drag her there.

Hi Regina. I'm with you trying to figure out how we got into March already.

Thanks Brenda, from comments I had read I got the impression most people swayed towards Amazon.

Yes I think most people do; unless there is a special offer on Smashwords:)

I have purchased special offers on Smashwords but must of my ebook purchases are from Amazon mainly because that's where the advertising points to.

I mostly get mine from Amazon or ibooks Jenni.

I get them from whichever is cheapest be it Amazon, Kobo, iBooks or Smashwords.

So true!

I could cope with a couple of days here or there - but we have had 6 months - with another 6 ish weeks to go before the dry season is supposed to start.

Ghastly Sally :( You'd best not retire back to Newcastle then!

Meryl Streep is wonderful as the matriarch with dependency issues and gives fantastic performance, as does the rest of the cast in this seriously dysfunctional family. Great movie, if the book is half as good I would give it 5*s

I also hate humidity - I know some people love it, but I'm looking forward to the end of summer!

'Officially' - yes, but this week's forecast doesn't seem to have read the official bit. It's meant to be 35 here again today. Sigh...

Yep, it's disgusting. Plus I have a head cold (but without a snotty nose etc - if such a thing is possible), so I am struggling even more today.

Head colds in Summer which the weather is, even if the calender says otherwise, are horrible. Hope you feel better soon, Regina.

Everytime I've been south, it was ridicously hot...thogh I did live in Melbourne for a period when I was about 40 years ago, and recall it being very cold, wet and windy. I was somewhere at St Kilda opposit the water there.

I can cope with that :)

That's terrible Marina! How on earth did you get whooping cough? I hope you have finally shaken it and can get back to normal...sending virtual **hugs** :)
