9/10 done. The only one left is the alien probes and I just haven't decided what it will be yet.1. J is still for Jim. I told you last month not to let anyone tell you different. Somebody around here is just itchin' for a scrap. Yes, I Do by Janet Dailey (7/11)
2. I like the word celebrant. I don't know why. One for the Money by Janet Evanovich (7/10) is on several people's lists. Popular this month as well.
3. Minnesota. Hrmm. That's really not a Canadian province? You mean there really is a place called Frostbite Falls? I always thought Rocky and Bullwinkle made that up. Sugar Cookie Murder by Joanne Fluke (7/12)
4.I don't mind alien abductions per se. It's the anal probes I don't like.
5. He's so patriotic he had the stars and stripes tattooed down the length of his John Thomas. Every morning when his flag would raise he'd salute it to start the day. Dangerous Curves by Karen Anders (7/16) - red cover
6. When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are. I always hated that little cricket. The Stone Princess (7/17)
7. I'm so hungry I could eat anything. Yumm petroleum jelly. Two for the Dough by Janet Evanovich (7/18) I know that is not the dough that they were thinking about. But it is a food word in the title.
8. It's just a jump to the left
And then a step to the right
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tight
But it's the pelvic thrust that really drives you insane,
Let's do the Time Warp again!
A Highlander Christmas by Janet Chapman (7/14)
9. My sister called and told me about a book she was reading. Said it was the funniest thing she ever read. Said she laughed so hard she peed her pants. I'm glad she warned me away from that one. Breathing Room by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (7/13)
10. Somebody picked a book for me. It made me feel special because it was just for me and nobody else. I'm special and unique - just like everybody else.
Full Moon Rising by Keri Arthur (7/8)

Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal
5/5 done
"the mirror and the magic" - it started kind of weird the it got better i really liked the characters though the male lead was a little too rough at first and things got better kind of fast but in all i enjoyed it!oh and it gives a snowhite twist somewhere in the plot not in abad way though!!
"Dark Lover"i totally loved it omg!!i am oficially hooked on the brotherhood the moment i finsh with this challenge i am getting the rest of the series!!i loved the new twist of vamp lore and the bad guy was just so evil! and all the brothers were equally good desribed enough to make you want to know more of them and wrath and beth were so good together although he was a tad schycopathic and a stalker but anyway you know what you get when reading about supernatural males so...
"my soul to take"i liked this one too although i read it after dark lover and i had to change my inner pace and pg rating it was fun and very interesting and i am definetly going to look for the rest of the books
"undead and unfinished"well it was ok until the last chapters then it was kind of bad and the last pages ...just horrible at least for a book of this genre if it was a horror book sure (which is my fav genre but not what i signed for in the undead series-they are supposed to be FUN!!)
"the gospel according to biff"what can i say! just hilarious!!
finally done!!

***** Loved this one, too. This family brings tears to my eyes and joy to my heart. They all have so much love and acceptance for another (even if they seem to forget it, sometimes). I loved how the book illustrated how quickly a surly kid can put a strain on a relationship and how love, honesty and patience can get you through anything. Oh yeah, not to mention some hot, hot, hot love scenes. {Sighs} I want a cowboy : )
***** This is one of my favorites of the series. There have been some that are just okay, but this one was excellent! Highly recommend!
***** I really, really, really enjoyed this one. My heart broke for Colt as he battled his addictions and his family's perceptions. I loved how free India was, yet vulnerable and fallible, just like the rest of us. I have never faced addiction issues myself, yet I felt like I shared this roller coaster journey right along with them. Awesome read!
***This one is a very hard one for me to review. It was just okay! Not bad, not great! I wouldn't read it again, but wouldn't be completely against telling someone else to give it a try. I found the characters very likeable, but flawed (which is just fine for me). I think the story was just too drawn out or didn't move fast enough, I'm not really sure what it was, but it just kind of drug along.
**** This book started out very slow for me. I really wasn't sure if I would like it at all, but I loved it in the end. I can't wait to start the next book.
way to go Tina. thanks for spending the time reviewing them. it helps with choosing new books to read. =)
