Michal Shaina Benik (michalshaina) I'm currently reading "Reading Lolita In Tehran: A Memoir in Books", by Azar Nafisi. It's an excellent book so far, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Because the author uses classic novels to connect you to her characters, she's given me lots more book ideas!

All That Rises Must Converge (Flannery O'Conner) and Invisible Man (Ralph Ellison) for school and The Flying Troutmans (Miriam Toews) on my own. All three of them are interesting and fast-paced.
