I listened to the audio version of this book. There is no MMP. The top paperback has 384 pages.

The book I was going to claim doesn't seem to work - I couldn't get the book links properly, and the GR page had more authors than the book cover does. So better not to try and end up on the naughty list at the eleventh hour. So placeholding so it doesn't knock out the message numbers.
