Sorry, I don't seem to be on the SH planning thread again - I have an idea for a SH book, but don't want to step on any team member's toes. I don't usually try to hard to get SH books, I find looking for them frustrating and then after all the work finding them, and reading them (sometimes books I don't really want to read) someone inevitably beats me to it and it's so frustrating! But this one came to mind last night, so why not try...

H is for Habanero - Read a book tagged as 'hot' or 'steamy'.
To qualify for this task, the selected books need to be tagged as 'hot' or 'steamy', alone or combined. Variations of those words will be allowed in context, i.e. 'no steam' will not work. The qualification for this task comes from tags/shelves ONLY. The tag does not have to be MPG, but the book must be tagged at least once to qualify. Please include a link to the top shelves page of your book's qualifying tag (not to the people who have used that tag or to the shelf for the tag!), the number of tags and the top shelves page number in your completion post. This information helps if the link is broken or if the tag moves as they frequently do..
Remember books must be 90 pages (first edition English language Kindle) and MPG Romance!!

So I just noticed that someone already posted a book on the SH thread about 18 minutes after the Cat was called. How can anyone read over 300 pages that quickly? Are we allowed to start reading before the category is called?
We’re not supposed to. That said some people read really fast or just skim books. 🤷🏻♀️
I don't think we are allowed to skim. I am listening to my book at a very high speed and it still takes a few hours. It really shouldn't count, there is no way someone could read that fast.

Hey Victoria, I just looked and this actually qualifies for a Scavenger Hunt Rose! 🙂 Second is a homonym: 2nd and seconds in a minute, and I saw it’s tagged enemies-to-lovers also. Would you want to update your post to change it to Scavenger Hunt and post it in that thread too?

Victoria - your links in post 385 are not working. Can edit them and put them right? You don't need to repost (as Kat hasn't checked the thread yet) just edit it and add the right links.
