Yes, I just noticed that some notifications come up and others (for the same type of event) don't. It's not the first time this has happened though - perhaps a 'regular occasional' glitch at GR?

It's annoying isn't it Helen - so hit and miss. A suggestion - check your settings haven't changed (GR does that sometimes in their wisdom) otherwise it's a glitch again :)

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the add book/author feature in comments? I'm finding that some books are coming up as normal with the title search, but at least half I needed to add came back as "No books found", even though I know they're there (having added them previously)!

I've had to laboriously add titles and authors in reverse order, wading through all of an author's listed titles (including the alternate editions...) to find the title I was after.

One title (Gather the Bones by Alison Stuart) seems to be un-find-able at the moment via title or author search (although the GR page for the book appears fine).

I'm going to try shutting down the p.c. and re-starting, to see if that helps...

Hope nobody else is experiencing this, as it's a real pain in the neck when updating challenges!

I haven't found that so far, Sarah. The only problem I have = GRs doesn't pick up all my typos!! INSERT SMILEY FACE.

I had that problem briefly yesterday Sarah and turning off and on again did appear to fix it. Did it for you?

Thanks Phrynne - yes, switching off and on again appears to have done the trick - odd that it only affected some books / authors and not others...

Ha ha - I think we're all struck with that sometimes, Colin! I often feel mortified when I refer back to an old review for some reason and see one - typos that are legitimate spellings in their own right are my issue!
