Mike MA20.9 - Moderators' Pet - Sarah Ruth's Task: Eureka! (Option 2)
Explain briefly what "outside" group the character belongs to and how they are struggling to deal with this.
The main character of this incredible book is Cross Damon, the "Outsider" from the title. This character feels like an outsider for many reasons, the central one not feeling connected to any group or party and taking advantage of unforeseen events or distancing himself further through his actions (I'm trying to avoid spoilers). The book also includes an important character who attempts to connect to Damon as being an outsider as well by expressing his outsider connection by citing his physical disability.
This book contains 586 pages and is a *big book*, the first big book I've read in this challenge season.
