Yes, that would be poisoning if it's used as a murder weapon, meaning it caused the death. Does that cover your question? Do you have anything more specific to add?

Alana - I think a car could, in special circumstances, count as a blunt object. Not in a normal accident, but if two big enough giants would fight with each other than a car would be a blunt object, in my opinion

The Man-Eaters of Tsavo. The 'man-eaters' in the title were 2 lions that had been ravaging the countryside and killing and eating humans---would this be acceptable?

This is a tough one to call... I really meant an actual animal listed in the title, so i'd have to say no.
