I've still got to read Magpie from the spin-off!

I do like John Inman as an author and this book was good.
Seemingly unrelated people are invited to a party at a remote house. One by one the attendees are then murdered.
As usual I didn't guess the murderer. A good read.

This was a new to me author whose book I really enjoyed.
Two cops, one openly gay, the other supposedly straight.
naturally the other cop turns out to be bi.
A good plot with a even better mystery.

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments These are the categories that we still need to make decisions on (there may be more though that I've missed...)

* 55. Pick another team and each member reads one book that was read by a member for this challenge. No pass for this task: Teams 9, 7, 11 or 13
* 52. Read 6 books set in the same location, teams decide the location. Current options were New York, California, England and Texas.
* 65. Read 6 books set in the same country outside the US, teams decide country. Australia or UK
* 51. Each teammate reads a book published in the same month and year, teams decide. I came up with March 2019 or October 2018. Please have a look and see if you have a preferred month and year.
Shannon - March 2020
* 61. Read a minimum of 1500 pages in books by the same author, teams decide author. Suggest Lucy Lennox due to her large list and that everyone has another book of hers on their TBR I think, and since we are reading Sloane K for the same series.

Also - Kat hasn't said she won't just make up a task - so we still may not be able to plan
Hard when two members live on opposite sides of the world ;)

⚣Michaelle⚣ (michaelle) | 1187 comments 55 - any of them, no preference
52 England
65 Either, but if England is the choice for same location, then I'd prefer to switch it up with OZ for this one
51 I've got books for both dates but prefer October 2018
61 I don't mind Lennox. I've got half of that Made Marian series to finish.

Happy to go with a different author if you have a suggestion :) I just threw it down since we were all comfortable with her for the series...

*TJ Klune
*Jeaniene Frost
*Tessa Bailey
*Sarina Bowen

Sarina will help out the non-Klune readers :)

LOL! I've read all of her MM so that either means a re-read or having to choose between TJ and MF...have to say that TJ might win on this one.

Oh dear.

I love rereads so I know that will likely be what I do. And I loved Us by Bowen and Elle Kennedy, so I would probably read that since its ages since I read it the first time...

Also have Goodbye Paradise that's been lingering on my shelf for ages. It might push it up.

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments Just re-looked at my preferred Publication month/year:

March 2019 wins as they are all audios for me, which is way easier, but I do have one audio that I plan to read for Oct 2018.

...but I totally forgot about the second one to that series. I'll use that if I have to!
