I've finished the 4th book in the Dragon Point series by Eve Langlais. As with all the Eve Langlais books I've read they are short and mostly fluff with some really smexy parts. I like them. Some are better than others. The underlying connecting plot has been really compelling. It started in her Bitten Point books and even though that series had a soft conclusion reading those first is really important.

I've started reading A Discovery of Witches as well.

I’m now listening to Best Laid Plans by Allison Brennan, Lucy Kincaid #9.

I am not a high star rater, so don't be fooled if you don't see 5 stars; I don't even find one per month I'll give 5 stars to because for me 3 is a like (sometimes enough to enjoy an entire series).

so one I am reading the fifth (and latest) one is the Gesthemane Brown series--a paranormal mystery series set in Ireland, but starring an African American musician. The first one won two awards, but I guess I'll have to add one of them since it's not here (I have librarian status). So far I have given each one 3.5 (except the 4th which is just plain 4) but have rounded up or down. I am on the fifth one now.

It starts with Murder in G Major by Alexia Gordon


I also read the last of the three book Love Walked In Series which are all 4 lovely stars for me (the plots aren't all brilliant, but I just love her writing and how she uses language).
