Well done to David for getting a full house! It's not easy! Nor is it easy to score a big fat zero so a special award goes to Suzy's charity too. A few tipsters regained some form this week making it tight at the top. But do check your scores!!

If anyone would like to view the AFL Ladder before submitting next week's tips, it's at http://www.afl.com.au/ladder
Next week's fixtures are:
Friday, May 3
Collingwood Magpies v Port Power (in Melbourne)
Saturday, May 4
Melbourne Demons v Hawthorn Hawks (in Melbourne)
GWS Giants v St Kilda Saints (in Canberra)

West Coast Eagles v Gold Coast Suns (in Perth)
Sunday, May 5
Carlton Blues v North Melbourne Kangaroos (in Melbourne)
Geelong Cats v Essendon Bombers (in Melbourne)
Fremantle Dockers v Adelaide Crows (in Adelaide)
If punters could lodge their tips by midnight THURSDAY May2 (your time) it would be a great help, although I can accept them up until 10.30am FRIDAY May 3 (your time) if absolutely necessary.
Congratulations to David on getting a full house :)
Well done too to everyone who managed to get eight right, and Lez for getting the margin spot-on :)

Paul Kelly and Dan Sultan have written and recorded a song (and it's a good one, IMO) for the film:

A comfortable home win by 39 points has the Pies looking the real deal this season. I think they're still smarting from last year's Grand Final loss, so look out opponents, the Pies are on the march. And Dean is our winner of the closest margin. He picked the Pies by 36 points so he wins $6.00 for the sacred Heart Mission. Well done!

Woohoo, that's my first bit of jingle this season :-)

I'm not hustling, honest! :)
I just look at the games when you post them up, Val, then just go "that one, that one" and so on until I've picked all nine.

Yaay! Way to go the Roooos! Cheers Val! xx
Tia Maria is amazingly still with us(!) and still doing well too which was obviously the very best gift of the weekend - and we have all shared in some really yummy Eas..."
Glad Tia's still going strong Suze, sincerely. We had thunder yesterday with pebble-like hail stones; battered the hell outta our sat dish resulting in loss of TV for short periods. Heaps of hail stuck around outside for an hour-or-two after the storm. Saw someone walking a little dog mid-shower and picking it up, hiding the poor mutt inside their coat. Good old Brit weather eh?
