I know what you mean Debra - so much you can't say in a review! I think the Mods would be fine if you wanted to set up a thread for discussion under "Individual Book Discussions". I've read it and I think quite a few people in the group have this from Netgalley or S&S.
Just finished two excellent reads, both borrowed from the library, which other group members may enjoy:-

If you do open a thread for this book Deborah, make sure you state in the header that there will be spoilers. And also request anyone who speaks "spoilers" puts it in the spoiler brackets please. There will be a lot who haven't read it yet as it's not published, so we don't want to spoil it for people with spoilers :) Thanks.

It seems I enjoyed the first book in Alexander McCall Smith's new series, The Department of Sensitive Crimes more than some reviewers. I saw it as delightfully tongue-in-cheek, not crime but a study of human behaviour.

Elly Griffiths Ruth Galloway series has been on my radar for a while. I've even read a free Kindle short Christmas story. So I'm very pleased to have read the first book The Crossing Places, a 5★ read and glad I have more of this series in my TBR.

The fourth book in the series is a lot of fun. Looking forward to reading Miriam Black has to deal with in the next book.

Well I think Ian McEwan's latest book, Machines Like Me is probably going to polarise readers, but I enjoyed it. definitely topical and thought-provoking.
