I know what you mean Debra - so much you can't say in a review! I think the Mods would be fine if you wanted to set up a thread for discussion under "Individual Book Discussions". I've read it and I think quite a few people in the group have this from Netgalley or S&S.

If you do open a thread for this book Deborah, make sure you state in the header that there will be spoilers. And also request anyone who speaks "spoilers" puts it in the spoiler brackets please. There will be a lot who haven't read it yet as it's not published, so we don't want to spoil it for people with spoilers :) Thanks.

Marianne (cloggiedownunder) | 9974 comments It seems I enjoyed the first book in Alexander McCall Smith's new series, The Department of Sensitive Crimes more than some reviewers. I saw it as delightfully tongue-in-cheek, not crime but a study of human behaviour.
