I may go with The Grave Winner by Lindsey R. Loucks

I think this is finally the year I read Serena by Ron Rash. I usually love Marissa Meyer but I'm not super enthusiastic about Archenemies, so I don't know. Ron Rash is looking pretty good.
I MIGHT read The Line Painter by Claire Cameron. I discovered her while researching a 2018 prompt, but didn't end up reading her book. She is also Canadian (I'm Canadian, but so many authors that I read are American, so it's a nice break when someone isn't American)
I have 3 Naomi Novik books on by shelf to read. But! I love Wendy Webb and she has a brand new book out The Daughters of the Lake that I will save for this challenge. I highly recommend all of her books, I love ❤️ them!!
Anthony Adeane - Out of Thin Air: The Peculiar Story of Iceland's Most Infamous Criminal CasesLisa Lutz - The Passenger
Martin McKenzie-Murray - A Murder Without Motive: The Killing of Rebecca Ryle
Philip Pullman -The Amber Spyglass
Susie Steiner - Missing, Presumed

So funny, I've never heard of her but this was my kindle first pick this month so it was the first book I came across in my search. Glad to hear that someone loves her!!
My other thought is See What I Have Done by Sarah Schmidt ( about Lizzy Borden).
I've already exhausted Ransom Riggs and I love Cassandra Clare but I can't restart her series this year, I have too many others I already am throwing around.
I think I will reading Wires and Nerve by Marissa Meyer. I've been wanting to get to the series for awhile.
I've had Holy Cow by David Duchovny on my TBR for a while, and it's a short one! I think he also wrote a book about baseball, but I've never read it.
Chris Colfer's The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell: Book 1 series is very popular. I might try one. Or the next Peregrine. Maybe.
If you’re keeping up with the series, Philip Pullman’s The Secret Commonwealth is speculated to be released in 2019
I'm going to scour my previous/current Popsugar and Book Riot lists for author suggestionsKen Kesey
Daphne du Maurier (that probably doesn't count though)

The Two-Family House-Lynda Cohen Loigman
The Giver- or other Lois Lowry titles
I'm doing 2 year long challenges next year and trying not to overlap, so I won't have too much extra time to read outside of prompts. I really wanted to read Miss Ex-Yugoslavia: A Memoir and luckily it fits here as the author is Sofija Stefanovic
I'll be reading Next Year in Havana for this one. I'm glad I was able to find a prompt for this one (written by Chanel Cleeton) because I've heard such great things about it.
Carrie wrote: "I'll be reading Next Year in Havana for this one. I'm glad I was able to find a prompt for this one (written by Chanel Cleeton) because I've heard such great things about it."Oh yeah! This has been high on my list since I first heard about it. Washington Black is another one I really want to get to so I am now no longer dreading this prompt!
I'll pick between The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson or The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan.
I recently discovered author Pierre Pevel who writes "historical fantasy" (Les lames du Cardinal are summarized by the author himself as "Cloak-and-dagger but with dragons and Cardinal Richelieu"). I really enjoyed The Cardinal's Blades even if I don't usually read fantasy. It is very well-done, credible, and the fantasy is integrated in a very realistic fashion into the historical background. I plan on reading another series of his (Wielstadt) that can fit two other prompts and for once, I see on Goodreads that the Cardinal blades series has been translated in English if you guys are curious! Greetings from France :-)

Hope this helps :-)
On my physical shelves I have Suhayl Saadi (The Burning Mirror)
Günter Grass (My Century)
Bella Bathurst (Special)
Beryl Bainbridge (Harriet Said...)
André Aciman's books are all FANTASTIC, and Call Me By Your Name is one of the books that had the biggest influence on me as I was struggling to figure myself out as a teenager. BUT since I'm trying not to do re-reads, I'm going to do La Belle Sauvage because I never got around to it when it first came out, and His Dark Materials is one of my favorite trilogies of all time!
