Over 50% of this book is set in Poland, where my mother's parents are from. They moved to the US in the early part of the 20th century.
Book 2: How did that immigrant get here? How did your ancestor from Option A or the immigrant from Option B get to their new country?

They got here by ship. I'm pretty sure it was a modern ocean liner and not a clipper ship like this, but actually my father's ancestors were Irish and came over to America on a ship like this as well.
