Hi Cecily,

oh nooo! I am really sorry. With Nalini Singh I just assumed that it was next ... sooorry. Be patient with me - I picked the very first time and was also quite new to some of Goodreads search functions ... sorry

I really wouldn't mind doing a repick for you.
The Hook Up (Game On, #1) by Kristen Callihan was nice and was anyways on my picklist for you. But I thought the The Friend Zone (Game On, #2) by Kristen Callihan way cooler and rememberd that they can be read as standalones. But I've got more books in mind for that category, if the series isn't it =) ...

I could repick Nalini Singh's Heart of Obsidian (Psy-Changeling, #12) by Nalini Singh for you as I had the impression that you're not so into PRN?

With Pamela Clare it's another story and I'd highly recommend her series to you, so yeah! - Extreme Exposure (I-Team, #1) by Pamela Clare is a great start as you are more into thriller or suspense, right?

I don't know the author of the Hoper Town Series by Harper Sloan - nor Unexpected Fate (Hope Town, #1) by Harper Sloan or Bleeding Love (Hope Town, #2) by Harper Sloan that's why I suggested White Hot Kiss (The Dark Elements, #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout as an alternative and I like Armentrouts writing. BUT it's PRN and I could find you some other tattoed hottie from your TBRs!

If you are not thrilled by the alternative to I've Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella which was Lily and Dunkin by Donna Gephart then I'd love to recommend you Friend-Zoned (Friend-Zoned, #1) by Belle Aurora as beach read - I remember it being on your general TBR list not the shelve you gave me to pick from? Is picking from there against the rules - it is, isn't it?

Either way - I'd love to do a repick for you! I had lots of fun! It was quite the task picking for a PRO-reader like you =).

Please let me know if you'd like to have repicks. I'll look if I find some more suspense, thrillers or drama for you rather than paranormal?

Hope you liked the other books? Did any pique your interest? I was quite impressed with your shelves - soooo many books and authors I've never heard of ... so, repick?

Fammi sapere! (Lemme know)
SALUTI from Switzerland
Anto

MountainKat | 31599 comments Hi Cecily and Anto5! I wanted to clarify a few things for you both.

It is absolutely fine to go with the correct book in the series for you when a different book is picked. It isn't always easy to tell with some shelves.

Also for picking, you can use any unread book from any shelf for a category and sometimes you have to to make it fit the rules, but a minimum of one of the picks needs to be from the preferred shelf. Most of us try to do all of the not new picks from there, but it doesn't always work out with the rules - or you see a book you really want to recommend from another shelf.

Hope that helps! =)

Haha Love your reactions!! I would love a re-pick if you want or even just repost the changes so I don't get confused. You can choose from my e-book shelf or my stand alone, or first in series shelves. I am still working on making better shelves for when people pick for me. There are still so many to choose from and only one required to read so it is up to you if you want to spend the time. Either way I thank you for your effort!!

Thanks! I was mostly just posting the alternative ones so when I make my tracking post people will see where the changes were made. I am good with reading those or other ones she might have in mind that fit the challenges.
I didn't realize the minimum 1 from preferred shelf that would make life so much easier sometimes haha! Need to reread the rules once in a while ;)

Sassafrass (sass-a-frass) | 4192 comments Hi ☼♎ Carmen the Bootyshaker Temptress ☼♎!

Here's what I picked for you this month. I tried to give you one book off your [TBR] and one [NEW] book for each category, but it was VERY difficult with almost 4400 books on your TBR to find new things. I eventually gave up, but I was at least able to give you a few new things to add to that mammoth TBR you have. LOL

June 1st is Global Running Day.
[TBR] Gentleman's Game -- he plays rugby. sounds cute.
[NEW] The Year We Fell Down -- this was such a surprise for me. I didn't expect to enjoy it nearly as much as I did.

June 2nd is Yell Fudge at Cobras in North America Day.
[TBR] The Perfect Play --this has one of the yummiest covers in all of romance in my opinion. LOL
[NEW] Imprinted -- ok, so this one is super hot, very steamy and yes very yummy. Fair warning, there is some m/m interaction in this menage, but it is sizzlin'

June 8th is Upsy Daisy Day.
[TBR] How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf -- I've had this on my TBR for a while too. I hear it's very funny
[NEW] Exclusively Yours -- very cute and funny family series...of doom (you'll get it if you read it).

June 12th is Superman Day.
[TBR] Me Before You -- I haven't read this but it's gotten a lot of good Buzz
[TBR] Reaper's Property -- very good read. In my review I call it "deliciously smutty". LOL

June 17th is Flip Flop Day.
[TBR] Along for the Ride -- Sarah Dessen is a perfect beach read author and this one takes place at the beach. I really enjoyed it.
[NEW] What the Lady Wants -- this is a funny, quirky chick lit book with a mystery. a fun read. perfect for the beach.

June 24th is International Fairy Day.
[TBR] On the Edge -- The Andrews duo is one of my favorite. I loved this gritty and dark PNR
[NEW] Blood Kiss -- I truly enjoyed this spinoff of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the next generation.

June 28th is International Body Piercing Day.
[TBR] Down and Out -- he's got some nice ink on the cover
[TBR] Simple Need -- Vinter is just yum. Tats, piercings, and he's not too bad with the dirty talk.

June is World Naked Bike Ride Month.
[TBR] Mr. Maybe -- well, he's just about naked. LOL
[NEW] Guilty Pleasures -- she's naked for most of the book. Very taboo with non-con/dub-con, slavery, BDSM. But it's well written and the author really screws with your mind on this one.

Ok, so there you go. I hope you find one or more of these that you want to get to next month. Enjoy!

Dealing with your TBR wasn't the hard part, it was trying to find something completely new that you already didn't have on that thing! LOL, I thought I was so clever trying to suggest these new books to you and then I'd look, and you already had it added.

At least, you can never run out of anything to read. I had to stop looking at your list because there were so many books I wanted to add, I was going to end up with a mountain to rival yours. :)
