If a fanfic author wants their fic(s) removed, they need to contact Customer Care directly. If they are not Goodreads users, the easiest way to do so is to email support@goodreads.com.

Since you're the author, you have access to upload the image yourself. Click on edit details link located under book's description section, upload image on top right and click save at the bottom.
It is always ideal to correct the existing book records and add missing details instead of creating a new record and deleting/merging the old record.
Since you added another record with cover image, I merged the duplicate ebook edition.

Hi, One of my books appears twice on my author profile. It's listed once with just the main title ("Desperate") and once with the subtilte included ("Desperate: A Vampire Hunter Erotic Romance"). Except for the difference in the titles this is the same book, and I'd like to have it listed just once.
The longer title is the one used on Amazon, where it is published.
