The data for that edition came from Amazon the day after the publication date. No editions may have been sold, but it was available for sale.

#910 - Do not remove book info. Since there is an ISBN assigned, and it actually links to a book on Amazon the Hardcover edition will stay for now.

The paperback editions are In Queue Done to be merged, since there was nothing unique about them.

Also the paperback edition in listed as a reprint, so to me it appears that it may have been released previously,

In 2011, somebody changed the format from Kindle to paperback. Since the ratings all date from later, I suggest merging with the paperback.
