Another 5* read from J Thiele, this Author never fails to deliver a good quality gripping read.

She Has His Eyes book 2 in this series ~ Chronicles of Detective Mike Burrows is a short read that is a another brutal murder case and also involves a missing baby.

Senior Detective Mike Burrows is leaving no stone unturned and working along side him is partner Detective Julia Styles.

No more details about the story you will have to one click to hear more about this case ~ A highly recommended read for lovers of crime/Detective reads that are well written and will keep you hooked throughout the whole book.

The second instalment of Mike Burrows and his partner Julia Styles was brilliant , I loved the first book and couldn’t wait to get my hands on this… it was yet again full of twists and turns that keep you guessing where the story was going to go , with a dark side this book just ticks all the right boxes for a thriller / suspense novel , how I found this different was the way the author shows how burrows connects with the victims and the empathy he has for them and the situation they have found themselves in. It brings a certain depth to the story line not found in most detective stories cant wait to see how these two develop as a working partnership.

This is the second book in the series, once again following detective Mike burrows and Julia styles.
The detectives are called to a murder scene of a single mother and the kidnapping of her baby daughter. It follows the investigation, all the loose ends and plot twists that are simply fascinating and sure to keep you guessing!
The characters are so well written you can clearly imagine giving a smack around the head to the arrogant to in-laws!
I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in crime and mystery novels, I'm already looking forward to the next one!!!
