That catches up the JAFF... Like Lenora I have several non-JAFF that moves me closer to my goal. I'll add them another time.
Wow, look at you racing along!!!!I see at least one I have not read...Through Every Storm: A Pride and Prejudice Novella Congratulations on your progress!
The trail has already been blazed by y'all marathon readers...so the road is fairly smooth for the rest of us. Thanks for the encouragement. I appreciate it. Through Every Storm is a very different story about Wickham. I didn't want to like it, but I did. It was a journey...more so for Lydia than Wickham. The author was challenged to see if she could write a story about a reformed Wickham and she did. It was a quick read.
Debbie,it's your birthday??? Gosh,I never knew! Heartiest birthday wishes!!! Hope you're having a really lovely day. Be kind to yourself!!!
Most excellent...we have a birthday girl!!! Hope you have a very happy day and many more to come. Blessings!!!
Thank you all.164Darcy Comes Undone: Elizabeth's Ruin
Not a really good story. Not even close to cannon and i found the way the charecters acted to be so fundamentally against type it was distracting

Sheila...holy cow...that is awesome. WOW!!! How many libraries will we need to host you and Debbie and the others. Man...that is impressive. Most excellent...congratulations.
Teresa, it's not about the numbers. It is about the fun you have getting there... in reaching a goal... any goal. And... we are all there to celebrate with each other... whatever the numbers.
And what Jeanne forgot to mention is that shortly before Christmas, both libraries in Pemberley and Longbourn will be opened and all visitors, irrespective of number of books read, will be received by the families in residence, welcomed and given a guided tour! Carriages will be made available to transport us all from one home to another and in the case of inclement weather all those wishing it will be accommodated in the West wing of P!!!
Thank you,Jeanne, for reminding me of such!! It wouldn't do to be remiss in my duties to inform you of the full compliment of services available to everyone's disposal!!
I wanted to assign Caroline Bingley to the nursery but didn't want to subject the babies to her attitude and bad behavior.... the little dears.
Is Mr. Darcy providing some of his brandy? You know = that which is not available on the market due to the wars on the continent.
Only in his personal library and to those that have reached his level. Those of us in the lesser numbers with receive punch and tea in the drawing rooms.
Absolutely,Sheila! Mr D has informed me personally that whatever alcoholic beverage your heart desires will be provided. If you have any special dietary requirements, please send them by express, along with any other suggestions for your general comfort and safety....not forgetting any book requests that he may be able to satisfy from that famed bookstore in London that he frequents!
Mary... I simply adore you. I am laughing out loud. People are starting to look my way and wonder about my sanity. I just smile at them and keep on typing.
Punch and tea in the drawing rooms??? (I'm choking, here,as I write,.....yes,in deep indignation!!!)
Jeanne how could you have mistook his direct declaration of his wishes for the comfort of ALL his visitors???
Jeanne,I'm laughing my heart out here!! So much so in fact, that,my eyes are a little misty!!! Jeanne,I just love your way with words, your wicked sense of humour and put simply, everything that makes you, you!!
Back at you my dear...you absolutely slay me. I love it. I am ruined after working with teenagers for so long. I don't know how to conduct myself like a grownup. Mr. Darcy may find me rather vulgar, much in way of... say a Mrs. Philips. Oh dear :-(
Mary wrote: "Sheila-do my eyes deceive me or is your total to date really 220??? Wow!!! Seriously impressive!!"Thank you. With retirement it is easier to reach high numbers.
