JodyI haven't read anything on your preferred shelf (although I must say you have a lot of "hottie" covers there - so thanks for making that easy), but we do have a few books in common. I'm hoping you like your picks.
1. Star Wars: The Force Awakens: Forever Fae by L.P. Dover is from your TBR. Or check out Amaryllis by Jayne Castle where a colonization was cut-off from Earth and the people developed psychic powers over the generations with a bit of suspense as well.
2. Alvin & The Chipmunks: Jaxson by Alisa Woods from your TBR. Or an amazing dragon shifter book from Thea Harrison - Dragon Bound
3. Sisters: From your TBR - The Mane Event by Shelley Laurenston. Or check out irreverent grim reaper Charley Davidson and super sexy Reyes in First Grave on the Right by Darynda Jones
4. Daddy's Home: Heat Exchange by Shannon Stacey from your TBR. Fool for Love has some kooky characters in a small town romance (with a lot of family).
5. Christmas Eve: Two new ones here. An interesting take on Santa (and his very sexy offspring) with Sweet Inspiration by Penny Watson. Or check out new future NYC with the first mystery in a very long running series Naked in Death by J.D. Robb
6. Concussion: I read this and thought the characters were great, which surprised me with the bigshot campus hockey star - The Deal by Elle Kennedy. The hero starts this story with amnesia after being in a fight and his estranged wife is called in - Forgotten Sins by Rebecca Zanetti
7. Joy: Two kick-ass heroines here. First is Mercy in her latest where Adam's ex shows up needing help - Night Broken. Or we have an assassin trying to stay alive, help the little guy and server some BBQ in a corrupt town with Spider's Bite by Jennifer Estep
8. The Big Short: As I said, you had a lot of "hottie" covers and I didn't want to pick just one, so both of these are from your TBR. Rebel by Elle Casey or Enemies on Tap by Avery Flynn

Thank you for the wonderful picks. I'll read just about anything. Well, OK, not horror - i find that my imagination is a little too good for me. Can watch them, but not read them!
The picks are fantastic. My only problem now is deciding which one to start with and how to fit as many as I can into December. That's it - I'll just have to quite my job! It's been getting in the way of reading for a while now :-)

Also isn't that funny that you have been picking for me during the last round and now I'm picking for you :) Unfortunately, I haven't got much time for anything except reading for my studies in November so I read only three books from those you suggested. But many others were added to my tbr list so there is still a hope I will grab them later :)
