I've started it and so far so good. Cute contemporary novel with a nice dose of humor. Sounds more like chick-lit than classic romance novel so far. I am quite enjoying it. :)
Finished A Demon Bound for the "Read a book where the page numbers add to 12 (i.e. 345 pages = 3+4+5 = 12)" goal

There are a few more, like Eleanor and Park and others. The list is always changing, so if you pick one, can you please let us know the number of the list and the date you check it so we can add to the comment on the goal? Thanks.Btw, there are a few on that list I want to read, so, if nobody steps in, I can give it a try tomorrow
If no one finishes it before I am done with a pink book, I can read something. There are a lot of books that interest me on that list:309.

- Read a book with a book on the cover [Vicky]
- Read a book with a pink cover [Dragana]

- Read a book that is ranked 301-400 in bestsellers on book depository (http://www.bookdepository.com/bestsel...) [Angel]
I have found
(kindle freebie) for the goal 'Read a book with the word ball, bat, uniform, racquet or team (plurals are acceptable) in the title' but word bats here is a verb not a noun. Is that bending the rules too much, what do you think?

Dragana wrote: "I have found

Unless you prefer to wit for the next rule after the pink book. I don't really mind revisiting Ty&Zane.
I so want to read Ball & Chain, but I am still at Book 4 in the series and I want to relish them as long as I can. ^_^

Apoorv wrote: "I so want to read Ball & Chain, but I am still at Book 4 in the series and I want to relish them as long as I can. ^_^"You must- Books #6 and #/ are absolutely brilliant!
Oh, don't forget to read Warrior's Cross. It's a standalone, but introduces us to Julian, Cameron and Preston, that appear in Armed & Dangerous (book #5) and later on the series and the spin-off.
You also would like to read Shock & Awe between books #7 and #8, or else Ball&Chain will have a *little* surprise
Sonia wrote: "Next goalRead a book with the word tumble in the text"
There's the verb in Truth or Beard which I'm currently reading.
"He took a step forward as though pulled, stumbling in a daze, had no choice; words tumbled from his lips in a rush."

Cool. I think we can use that!

I was wondering whether we could use 'The Big Four' (Hercule Poirot #5) read by Apoorv for the goal "Read a book that has a number in the title with a series number one higher than that number"?
Sara wrote: "I was wondering whether we could use 'The Big Four' (Hercule Poirot #5) read by Apoorv for the goal "Read a book that has a number in the title with a series number one higher than that number"?"Yep, we can. I tried that book and gave up.
OMG, Sara. This is so awesome.I so did not even think of that, even after reading the book.
Thank you for catching it. Great that we could knock a goal off.
.. and yes, Sonia. It was one of the most weirdest Agatha Christie's I have read.. and I absolutely love her.

I checked all our books for dates, no luck. :( You're Never Weird on the Internet was published on the 11th... SO CLOSE.
I've started a book that starts with the letter H last night, but I didn't know it's a retelling of Wuthering Heights, and I was not (even) the fan of original book. I managed to reach 30% but I'm not sure if I can finish it... So the H goal is all yours Sara. :)I'm going to attack some vampires instead. I'm going to re-read Halfway to the Grave. :)
