I loved that series. That was one of the first cozies I've read. But I kinda lost interest after 14th. It's long series and books are getting too similar for me.

Thank you. I've been practicing. ☺
I'm playing Monopoly and Yahtze in other groups so all bad rolls end up there. :P

Or maybe you can see future?! What's next number going to be? ☺

I'm trying to be incognito so Ezi can't figure out when I'm spying again. ☺

It's my bedtime soon. I really don't need those kind of images right now. ☺
(Looks like I'll finish my book tonight. :P)
That lady is so nice, she shared her perfume with me.
It tingled a little but I love that floral odor

This was fun book.
We have a Lady d'Allenay (she inherited title after her brother died) who's doing her best to bring back her estate from misuse by her father and brother, and Ned who is owner of gaming hell. They 'meet' while riding, or better say during riding accident, where Ned fell of the horse, hit his head and lost his memory. To make the story more interesting (funnier), there is Kate's younger sister doing her best to get compromised by local vicar, their mother who 'visits' from time to time with her entourage (friends and friends) and ex-fiancé who's ready to do anything to get Kate to marry him.
And cover is beautiful. ☺

Review: Such a great read. This book was about the diary of Will Henry. A young boy who is the assistant of Dr. Pellinore Warthorpe who specialize in Monstrumologist. This book is the tale of one of those cases. This book was such a fun creepy read. I had some trouble getting in to this book because it is full of details and some characters are hard to like until later in book. However once you get into this book you will not be able to put it down. I definitely want to read the rest of the series.

This was pretty entertaining for a first in a series. I really liked the angel concept. Maddy was pretty kick butt and you gotta admire her tenacity. I really liked the angel relationships. I've had this on my TBR for a few years now and I'm glad I finally read it. Can I just say Team Gabriel all the way too! I will be reading book 2 in the near future.

I'm such a fan of Hannah Swensen,The Cook Jar, Lake Eden, etc.... After reading several other books in this series. It was nice to finally read the first one and learn how it all began. Looking forward to reading the others and to keep adding new recipes to my own Cookie Jar. :)

And do we get only one even we are reading two books a week?

*I'm bored ☺ Just finished a book and now trying to decide what to read next without ruining tomorrow's roll.*

*rolling*
I've rolled *drum roll* 5!?
*I think my tablet is cheating.*
At least math is easy ☺
We are on spot 15, so we can read 1st, 5th or 15th in series or book with blue cover.
(If you are reading alternative, be sure to link to the right edition.)

I'm thinking about going with

If not, then

I just started mine. So far it's ok. Someone tried to kidnap heroine around page 10. ☺

I don't really read much from this genre so I really tried to be openminded about it. The story was flat for me, no character depth, the story felt scattered, and I really found myself not caring what happened. The writing flow and rapid change of POV was a real issue for me. If I hadn't of needed this for two challenges I probably would of DNF it. The only good thing I can say is that at least it was short.

This is third book in series and all of them are based on same principle. Hero is secret agent for secret agency that fights supervillains. Heroine is just doing her job when she finds herself in the wrong place in the wrong time. Hero gets order to kill her, but suddenly his conscience wakes up and he can't do it.
In this one heroine is curator in museum and Japanese art expert. What makes her target is some ancient bowl she owns and villain wants. Hero is here to make sure villain doesn't get it.
It was fine read, and I'd like it better probably if I haven't read previous one not that long ago. Somehow this one lacked all that suspense part.

Standalone"
Oops! I forgot that we can read standalone here also.
I keep mixing it up with #0 (as in we can read #1 & standalone for 0 and only #1 for 1).
I'll remember it for next roll (I hope ☺)
