February 2014 Reading Challenge
Remember with the "special" challenges--they can be used to add a book to your count OR substituted for one of the "regular" 10 challenges
Also, you are allowed to use up to 3 non-genre specific books. So mysteries, non-romance sci-fi, westerns, biographies, non-pnr romances etc. can be used for these 3 book. Just remember--if there is a paranormal element then it is "legal" and doesn't count against you in the non-genre count. As an example The Ghost and Mrs. McClure while a mystery does have an actual ghost as one of the 2 main characters. So it counts as a mystery/UF book. However, Grace Under Pressure is strictly a mystery and would be one of the non-genre books. And, for a romance that would count as one of your 3, Sprig Muslin by Georgette Heyer. Yes it IS a romance, but it has no PN elements, so it isn't in our genre. (However it is a really great read, so, if you haven't visited Ms. Heyer's Regency, I would suggest that you do so.)
