I think I started that sometime in March but I don't remember finishing it. Loan from my sister. I must get it again and have another try. Will be interested to see what you think.

Thank you. I think he's a great writer; sets a scene well, great dialogue and always interesting characters.

What a shame you didn't enjoy it Brenda, like you I really enjoyed Into the Darkest corner so was looking forward to reading this one.

Yes it's written completely differently...you might enjoy it though, so don't let my opinion sway you:)

Good review, Brenda, it does sound really familiar now but I must have given up on it. Not sure I'll pick it up again.

Started Farside, already a third of the way through it in a couple of hours. Maybe it was just that book.
