Team Maxon or Aspen

Why do I have a feeling something might either happen to Maxon or Aspen that could be near fatal.

Yeah. If you really loved the first person, would you have fallen for the second?

Haha, now that you mention The Guard, I only got The Selection stories paperback yesterday (because Amazon failed to understand the concept of pre-order *glares at Amazon). I shall have to read it then to find out what it's all about ;) Although, of course, I've already read Maxon's one... le sigh....

Hope you enjoy it.

Well, it is dystopian. There has to be at least some violence in it.
But I have a really bad feeling that if anyone is going to get injured, it would be Maxon or America. Just a feeling...

I know this is cruel to say but Maxon being hurt, Is not ta thought that I like.

"Once I figured that out, by the end of the first book, the person who she was supposed to end up with, based on what I had written, was not the same person based on who she actually was. Who she ends up with is actually not the same person who I thought she would end up with in the beginning"
The question is: which one is Maxon and wich one is Aspen? At the end of the first book, who do we think she will end up with?

"Once I figured that out, by the end of the first book, the person who she was supposed to end up with..."
Neither

Really you have nothing against him?

I Love how America is not afraid to be herself. BUT could she have at least made her mind up on who she wants. Because I have the feeling this is the Elite PART TWO

A LITTLE! I can't believe she told Maxon off when she was doing the exact same thing with that ASP ASPEN. I swear if By midpoint she hasn't completely decided who she want's my review will not be flattering.

Yes but it says in the third book on the back that something forces her to change her mind.

LOL I'm team Maxon. I want her to be with him. He is good for her. Literally and figuratively.

Yes but it didn't give anything away.

America really acted so... uh... what's the word?
"Desperate" or "Pathetic" maybe? I mean, she's not acting like herself anymore in the 2nd chapter of the One and Maxon actually finds it amusing. I thought he loved her for who she was. Can't he make her STOP acting like a much more sickeningly seductive version of Celeste and make her stay like the funny and kind girl that he claimed to love with all his heart?
Because if he won't I'm cheering for Aspen in this one. (I'm still confused... :( )

Maxon being JEALOUS. You know, without America getting caught. Maybe he would be jealous of America always thinking about Aspen or she would receive letters I don't really care. I just want to make Maxon feel the pain of being jealous, BWAHAHA!
No really, I want him to feel that. Just curious about how he'll take it. And not the kind of jealous that he'll be like, "Okay, America has an ex." I want him to feel threatened.

Oh that is so mean! I LOVE IT!

I'm kind of tired of the "I hate Maxon, I love Aspen" thing.

Well, unless Maxon does something decent or unless Aspen screws up, cheats on or almost gets America killed, I don't think the "I hate Maxon, I love Aspen" thing will ever go away.

It should just be, "I hate Aspen, I hate Maxon." They both are really stupid. I mean, they both have awesome thing about them, but they are both stupid, and big jerks. (Sometimes).

America blames Maxon for things he cannot control. So she hates him. Aspen sees this and in my point of view uses it against her. Aspen to me is the Actor. He's loyal yes to the point of obsession.

sorry?

Well, it's true isn't it. And I was ALWAYS mean. BWAHAHA!!!

It's true, but I hope this isn't the end of Maxemerica

Yeah, but if the Selection goes on for almost half of the book, I'M READY TO STRANGLE AMERICA AND ASK HER TO CHOOSE ALREADY.

LOL JOIN THE CLUB. ACTUALLY SHOULD WE START IT?

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THAT IDEA!

Ok, Could you come up with a name?

I'm not good with making up names...um... Cut the Selection Short Club? No, that's just a horrible name.

Sort got this of somewhere cant remember but how bout
'many voices one plea " down with the selection evolution

Aspen is also risking America's life... that's not really admirable in my eyes.
Also, I have to point out that America has broken Maxon's trust. He needs to have a Plan B because he's the Prince. He can't just walk away from the Selection and say "I'm not marrying any of them."
And I'm pretty sure Aspen was America's Plan B.
