Team Maxon or Aspen
America can't handle being princess-her actions at the end of The Elite obviously prove that. TEAM ASPEN!!
Team MAXON!!!!!!! America just need to realize that she really do have feelings for him...and I don't hate Aspen because he was her firdt love snd all that but people change and so she deserves Maxon than Aspen
Team Maxon!!! I will absolutely die if she is not with Maxon at the end of the book The One. Ughh! Now I have to wait less than a year to find out. Maxon is the one for her. Aspen on the other hand is not. He dumped her because he let his ego get in the way of their relationship. I mean everyone agrees with that, right? You guys can clearly see that I hope that America choses Maxon over Aspen because he will take care of her and look after her. Not that Aspen will not but I think that Maxon will do a better than Aspen. *sighs I really want America to chose Maxon. SO TEAM MAXON loud and proud.

too predictable and boring if America ends up with the prince in the end..............................So i hope she either ends up with neither one of them or with aspen as a twist.
Team Maxon. I feel as if I don't need a reason but if Aspen was who she really wanted she could already have him. America wants and loves Maxon more.

I think America has changed so much that if she ends up with Aspen, she will be taking a hundred steps backwards. Aspen was her first love, her first heartbreak, her first everything. He is comfortable and the easy choice for America in so many ways. However, how often is your first love your true love? Not often! In order to fall in love with someone after you have already been in love and been hurt is scary. However, when you do learn to love again you love that person even more than your first love, you love them so much your willing to risk having your broken again! Maxon is America's second love, but I also think she loves him more. I am TEAM MAXON all the way. I don't hate Aspen. In fact, I think Aspen was and will always be an important part of America and who she has become. I actually like many things about him! His determination is admirable, and he does love her. However he isn't the best choice for her. She needs to be with the person who makes her better, drives her to grow, and challenges her. That is Maxon, hands down.

TEAM MAXON!! I just feel like if America ends up with Aspen nothing will have changed and there would have been no point to the books really. What would America and aspen have learned from their experiences if they just go right back to where they started from and end up marrying each other?! But if she marries Maxon she will be able to change the system of the castes and help be a great princess. Isn't that the point of most dystopian stories? To fix the society? Illea definitely needs help being fixed! I think in my opinion America not only loves Maxon more, but she also would be a lot more useful as a person if she became princess and then queen rather then just marrying aspen and being a guards wife.
I kinda like Aspen. Right now i'm in the middle. He broke up with her initially because he didnt think he could provide for her they way he believes she deserves. He loves her, but didn't think he was good enough for her. It wasn't ego or pride that lead him to leave her, it was fear of not being able to give her the life she deserved. Plus, he was waiting to make sure he didn't make her a young widow. I like Maxon, but i'm on the fence. I haven't finished Elite yet though so i have yet to place my feelings

It's not that I don't like them, it's just I've always thought that America and Maxon are meant to be you know? They connect better than America and Aspen. America will probably always have some sort of feelings for Aspen, but when she's with Maxon, it's like true love! It's just so adorable!

Sorry to say this. I'm Maxemerica just to let you know. I feel that like the hunger games like someone said here that she will choose the "bad boy" which in this case is Aspen. The one may mean that America has FINALLY made a decision.

I'd choose Team Maxon in a heartbeat. I wish that Aspen would start to see reason and stop harassing America anymore. Isn't it really obvious that even if America actually chooses him over Aspen, they would have no future? So what if she becomes a Two? Her heart is already wavering. And if Aspen really wants to blame it on anyone, he has no one but himself to blame. You, Aspen, should back down before any of this gets exposed and you endanger every single person involved.(view spoiler)

TEAM MAXON!! America already burned the bridge with Aspen when she practically said she didn't love him any more in the elite. Aspen anyway messed things up with him and America so he needs to deal with it. Maxon has been nothing but amazing all throughout this series while Aspen screws up. And may i need remind you who signed America up for the selection, ya that's right ASPEN so he let her go so deal with it. Also if Kierra Cass chooses Aspen or someone else I WILL DIE!! ONE MORE YEAR

I am Team Maxon all the way. Maybe the title "The One" will be that America chooses herself...to be alone and chooses neither of them...but I really just want a happy ending love story...so I hope it is Maxon!!!
I feel like everybody is choosing Maxon and just a small majority is rooting for Aspen (which includes me). I like Maxon's character a lot but I really love Aspen. http://www.kieracass.com/journal/2013... If you read this entry that Kiera made about Aspen and Americas ship - Asperica you can kind of see why I like Aspen. Aspen sacrificed everything for America if you don't recall he gave her pennies when he needed it much more than she did. Also Maxon's dad really dislikes America, and in my view you want to have the families approval before marrying them. America is always on Aspens mind so remember that you have to take in account for what other characters feel.

Maxon is sweet, kind and he lets her be free, and be herself when its just her and Maxon. He trusts her, and showed her the little library. Aspen broke up with her when he hot embarrassed, and now he's trying (and failing) to get her back. I feel like she knows, deep dow, that she loves Maxon. Not silly, childish puppy love, but real, strange yet strong, love.
Also, Aspen is repeatedly holding her back, telling her was isn't good enough, no, you can't do that. You would suck. Maxon is slightly encouraging her. He isn't telling her she can't do this or that. He is letting her do anything she wants.
