Hello everyone, I hope I am posting this in the right place, this is all new to me!!
Basically I’m a writer who has recently published his first book, a thriller, Dance with the Enemy.
I’ve joined the forums here to better connect with readers and reviewers as I’m really keen to hear feedback on my work and just engage in general chit chat about the most exciting genre there is!
I’m a long-time reader/fan of Child, Baldacci, Connelly, Deaver, Patterson, Leather et al and quite frankly they should be quivering in their boots with the new kid on the block hot on their heels (I mean me!!)
Check out my book (currently only 85p for the ebook on amazon)- if you like proper thrillers with plenty of action, suspense and just a (tiny) bit of romance, it’ll be up your street. And, most importantly, please let me know what you think.
My website is robsinclairauthor.com, I’m also regularly on twitter (far too much really!) if you want to follow my incessant ramblings there.

Hello all, I recently joined this group. My name is Brad Spencer. I was born in DeKalb, Illinois, but lived a decade of my life in Arizona before returning to the Midwest. After a brief stint in the corporate world, I followed my passion for writing and have now worked in the profession for more than fifteen years. I spent twelve years as an editor/writer in the newspaper business, winning several Illinois Press Association awards before stepping out on my own as an independent freelance writer, journalist, editor and author.
The Upshot, a suspense/crime thriller, is my first novel.
It's available at amazon.com in paperback and kindle versions. Also, July 15-16 the kindle version will be available to download for free. I hope you have the opportunity to download the book and post a review on both Amazon and Goodreads.
Thanks, and I look forward to participating in this group.

I am in the same boat, Ter'e~
I'm from Connecticut and Im fairly new to good reads altogether. I love to read thrillers, horror, mystery, true crime, even true hauntings (ghosts, demons, possessions, exorcism/ exorcists). I'm looking forward to some guidance and direction on some new books and different authors. I don't know a wide variety of either. Also I'm looking forward to learning more about good reads and being an active member of this group, any tips along my journey is greatly appreciated. Thank you again for accepting me into your group.
Jackie....Welcome. You will have such fun here We will corrupt you........I mean, we will share book info with you!!!!! We all love Sean and the group, in general.
Hello fellow readers and writers. My name is J. M Shorney.I love thrillers, factual supernatural books.Mostly,I love old books. H.P Lovecraft, M.R James. The works of writer Elliott ODonnell, that I grew up with from childhood. I write crime thrillers. Have a book 'Stalking Aidan' on Goodreads. Plus others on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, ecetera. I enjoy Irish novels of Jack Higgins. Research is at my fingertips. But I prefer to be in the city, usually London and Dublin where novels are set. I listen to old country and Irish music when I write. 'Stalking Aidan ' is first in the Chronicles of an ex-con gangster named Aidan McRaney. A young Irishman, whom the ladies love. But he has a violent side. When his eighteen year old sister is raped and later dies,he exacts a terrible revenge.
Lovely to meet you all, and if interested in exchanging reviews, I'll be happy.
Thank you.
Another Jean! Welcome. Now we are a pair of Jeans. Sorry. That line is so old that its patches need patches. Groan again. I'll go now. Not everyone in this group is as punny as I am, so don't let one person scare you away!
I live in Portsmouth VA. Have loved to read since a youngster. I am a big fan of Jonathan & Faye Kellerman, James Patterson, Robert Tanenbaum, John Sanford, Tami Hoag, Lee Child, Stephen Hunter and Iris Johansen just to name a few. I also like to read books based on how others enjoyed.I do have a question...I find my self with an enormous collection of books on hand that I have read. It used to be that I did not want to part with them but now in my older, wiser years I find that they really take up too much space. Any ideas on where I might could donate them?

Oh, you could also pack them up and send to Ter'e. (-:

I am slowly getting rid of mine....slowly being the operative word! Good luck.
Hi Susan, Goodwill and The salvation Army are always up for donated books. There are also used book stores that will buy or trade them.
