It was so boring in comparison to Divergent.

For me, this trilogy is an example of a trilogy that had a really good start, and then fell apart in the next books.

The kindle is handy for that. I always get worried when the power goes out that the kindle battery will die before the power comes back on! I might be slightly attached to it.

i think some people will like it. i'm not saying what happens is completely unexpected, but when i realized what the book was going to be like...i quit it.

I didn't check. I had a few extra minutes this morning and I hoped on here just to ask that question. I liked the second book, but this one isn't anywhere near as good as the first one. I fell asleep while reading it last night :(

It's really bad when you're having a book hangover..

I heard that rereading a book that you love helps.
When I get in a reading slump, I like to read something short and light. You could also ''reward youself'' for every few pages/chapters you read with someting you like.
Another thing I like to do is..just stop reading and do something else I like instead like watch a few( or a lot!) of epiosdes of a good tv show and I always find myself ''missing'' reading so when I get back to my book, I'm exited again to read.

I don't think there is a miracle solution but those things can help.

We did it once, halloween's not a big thing here either as you know. I made a pumpkin pie because I didn't want to waste the pumpkin but it was not nice.

It's not a problem when it's like 'this review copy needs reading within the next 3 days' but otherwise it's like 'how do i choose?'

The thing with with read to review I tend to think "urrgh I have to read it today" but with a buddy read u have to wait about a week all I can think is "just pick up the book I mean you'll probably be slower reader than them an then they will finishe before you and your only chapter 4 if you start me now you'll finish at the same time" -,-

I think cause I read so many review books its like its programmed into me - which is going to be published next? which have you had the longest? pick one of the two and start reading. When I don't have any that are desperately needing to be read I lose focus.

Every weekend, i think "Please take her out so i can read" and when it finally does happen, i have no idea what to read.
In the end i swapped one torment for another, and got Gemini rising out the way.
