I've been picking a book for 15 minutes now, but still I can't find anything that will somehow make me feel less sleepy. Any recommendations? :)

If you can't choose between them two - I'd say go for Paranormalcy.
Evie is really funny, laughing might help with keeping you awake. :)

I'm going to try really hard not to spend all of my paycheck on books, but that didn't work out too well for me the last time I worked at a bookstore. It doesn't help that part of the store will be bargain books and there will be YA bargain books. It's going to be really, really hard to resist!

It just seems like I have a lot of sequels to read! It's daunting!

I get what you feel, I'm actually trying to read Opal - Lux series. It's not bad or anything - it's just that I can't bring myself to enjoy it. Maybe I'm just not in the mood for it. I remember loving this series when I was reading it some months back. I think I may have to put it on hold again.

I can't remember much of the first either!

I have a lot of sequels to read aswell.
I've been meaning to reread Ashes, and read the sequels for 2 months now.. And i've been meaning to read the first 3 body finders for about 7 months. Now i have the last one added aswell.
Ah, so many books, so little time..

i made a list of just the ones I need to read from books i read in the last two years and it is so long! I'm going to have to dedicate November to sequels I think!

message 3295: by Abi (new)

Abi (abi_gr) | 27659 comments I need to do that too, i think!
In the last 5 months or so, these were ones i was really looking forward to - But i haven't managed to get to them!
City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments, #5) by Cassandra Clare Fall of Night (Morganville Vampires, #14) by Rachel Caine Fracture (Night School, #3) by C.J. Daugherty Fractured (Slated, #2) by Teri Terry

The last one to Morganville vampires is out next month though, so i'll probably try and read those together.

I did think about doing a challenge where the emphasis was on reading series&sequels. Not sure how many people would be up for it though.

That would defiantly be a good challenge.
Otherwise it might take me a couple of years to get around to Maze runner / Uglies / Body finder series.. Haha.

Tati Kaitlin, I always read about the SATs, but I don't really know what they are. Could you explain them to me, please?
