it's an aptitude test...when i was young it was divided into two sections...English language arts and Math.
now it's divided into three sections...English(reading comprehension, word comprehension etc), Math (all different types), and Writing

It's pretty much used as a general intelligence test that college entrance people look at.

I collect coupons when I can. we don't get them in the UK quite the way you get them in the states though. we're lucky to get a coupon from morrisons for £2 off when you spend £40!

i shop at target for a lot of things, cereal, canned goods, frozen etc.

i can use a manufacturers internet coupon + a target web coupon + my 5% off using my Target card + any discounts on their Cartwheel phone app all on the same item!

Bitter blood (13) wasn't as good as the others. I was bored with that one. I'm hoping 14 is more exciting though, so the last one isn't really bad.

Morrison's did something similar, but I can't find £40 worth of stuff to buy 5 weeks in a row and I get told off for stockpiling -apparently we don't have the space.

Asda did one where you got free delivery if you spent over £100. Didn't use that one either.

I lost motivation and gave up on it. it started with some random people wandering round a random place and talking about radiation levels. i didn't quite have the motivation to read the end of the first one again to work out what was going on. I'll probably give it another chance at some point because I really liked the first one. I'll let you know if i start it again!

I only read the first few pages so it might still be good. I vaguely recalled what happened at the end of book 1 (view spoiler)[ i think they were trying to escape from the boy's world because they were going to kill the girl? (hide spoiler)] something like that. I suppose I will have to re-read part of here and then try reading there again. Somebody told me to read there quickly after here or you forgot what had happened. they were obviously right! maybe i just need a reading buddy!

I remember about the end (view spoiler)[ He took her to his world, and everyone disagreed with it. They wanted to kill her, so they tried to escape back to her world. (hide spoiler)] I don't remember much in the beginning though, apart from (view spoiler)[ her best friend died in the crash, but in the other world it was her. Then the people in the other world was trying to find her to make the mistake right. Somebody from the other world helped them escape, by making her hide in the wardrobe (I've completely forgot all the names) and that's how they got this world. (hide spoiler)]

I think that (view spoiler)[ the box that she was trying to use to go back got lost or destroyed somehow, and I remember them being chased by people with guns. I'm just not sure how they then ended up wandering round somewhere random, discussing radiation levels.
The only thing i can think is that they must have escaped outside the city where the boy had taken her to, and that they had been told that there was radiation, but it turned out to be a lie?

I think them looking around for radiation levels was because there was a a portal that could take them back, without needing the box. The boy found something in his dads office (because his dad was a scientist, he voted to kill her as well) telling them about it. (hide spoiler)]
I think i might do what you were suggesting for yourself, and have november dedicated to sequels! I need to reread ashes, and read the other 2. The Uglies series, The body finder series, The maze runner series, The third Night school, The second Slated.. The list goes on, Haha.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I won't be on here much for the rest of this month. I started my new job at the bookstore today and since the store is new to the area, there wasn't much that was already set up so I'll be helping with set up until we open.
