I have a few questions for clarification:
1. This is challenge takes 2 years to complete correct?;
2. When doing the spell out am I right in thinking that one can have a mixture of book titles and book authors for each word? In other words you don't have to decide to just focus on one or the other for every word.;
3. With the levels are they per year or for the whole of the two year duration?
Zara wrote: "This is challenge takes 2 years to complete correct?"No, the challenge is for as long as you would like it to last. You pick exactly what and how many books you want to read. If you look toward the bottom it lists the levels. You can do one or something from all the different suggestions listed for the challenge. So if you wanted to just partake in a few dessert spell-it-out challenges you may do that. If you prefer to read several books with desserts on the cover you may do that. This is a very versatile challenge and you select what portion you want to do. Likewise, you can do a combination of anything you like. Kind of the way I like to sample my desserts. *grin* I like a bit of variety. In other words, customize it to yourself and what you like to read.

Yes, customize it to fit your reading style and combine things any way you wish.

If you are a fast reader, you could do it once a month. If you are more casual reader than make it a year long challenge. I hate to give a direct "finish by" date because it discourages some readers from entering a challenge. We don't wish to do that. Additionally, if you wish to bite off a little bit of the challenge each year, please feel free to do that as well.

We just wanted to stimulate your taste buds, er, imaginations and offer some ideas to any who wish to devour a spell-it-out challenge.
- Read at least one book that has a dessert on the cover or in the title. You can also read multiple books and opt to read a dessert by doing a spell-it-out challenge. For a spell-it-out challenge you may spell out the word of choice by using the first or last name of the author, first or last name of a character or their nickname, the first word of a book title. If the title begins with the, a, an, etc. you may use the second word in the title.

This challenge combines both our love of books and desserts. We think it's a perfect combination. We didn't list every dessert for fear you'd be reading our list for a long, long time. We just wanted to stimulate your taste buds, er, imaginations and offer some ideas to any who wish to devour a spell-it-out challenge.
- Read at least one book that has a dessert on the cover or in the title. You can also read multiple books and opt to read a dessert by doing a spell-it-out challenge. For a spell-it-out challenge you may spell out the word of choice by using the first or last name of the author, first or last name of a character or their nickname, the first word of a book title. If the title begins with the, a, an, etc. you may use the second word in the title.
