I hate whiny, annoying, all the time blushing heroines and I love characters that feel real, not abnormally intelligent or overly beautiful or just unbelievably perfect. I love it when characters are imperfect enough so that I can connect with them.
I have a love/hate relationship with books that give me book hangover. I love that they are so great they consume me so much. But I hate it when I want to go back in time and read that book all over again, but I can't - and it sucks. And then I spend days looking for book that will be just as good, but end up crawling in some dark hole and crying myself to sleep.
