The Secret History
by
"A brilliant criticism of academic society and a deliciously written unreliable narrator. If read correctly, you should leave this book sharply questioning and critiquing all of the education you have received and all of the elitism that has kept you from furthering it. The book is a true picture of just how far humans will go to prove that their ends justify their wretched means."

Lolita
by
"Perhaps the most misunderstood book and author that I know of. When read properly, this is a chilling account from an excellently written unreliable narrator. It makes you squirm in disgust and, if your not careful, you may find yourself being manipulated by the narrator for brief moments. A harrowing read but an important one."
