Not just the best science fiction, but the ones that present truly interesting, inspiring ideas, the sort of book you'd describe as having blown your mind.

Funny, how different taste is. I would only pick a few of the books on your top 200 on my top 200. On the top of my list I would pick: Modesty Blaise, Prince Valiant, Blake & Mortimer, Carl Barks, Blueberry, Calvin & Hobbes, Tintin, EC Library, Tintin, Asterix, Spirou, Gaston Lagaffe, Bernard Prince, Flash Gordon, Rip Kirby, X9 Agent Corrigan, Garth, Phantom, Michel Vaillant, Tarzan by Manning, Bruno Brazil, Lucky Luke, Valerian. I would consider Don Rosa, Kamandi, Watchmen and the Incal.
