This is an optional mini challenge for our UNO players.
Now that you have shared some of your favourite books with your fellow UNO players (thank you for that!), it is time to properly spread the love.
This challenge consists of two parts.

First Part
In your own team thread, you will find a post with a link to all the books recommended by the players of the other teams.
♥ As a team, you may choose up to 3 teams (other than your own) whose recommendations you would like to read from.
♥ As a team, you may then read 2 recommended books per team you have chosen, bringing you to a total of 6 books.
♥ For every recommended book read, your team will gain 15 points, up to a maximum of 90 points.
♥ Series substitutes are of course allowed (i.e. if book #1 in a series is recommended and you are up to book #4 of that series, you can read book #4).
♥ In case you happen to have read ALL the books that have been recommended by your chosen team(s), you may read a different book written by the same author(s).
♥ For some added fun, when you finish a recommended book, please stop by that team's thread to tell them what you thought of the book. (Even if you didn't like it - sometimes that can bring up interesting discussions.)
♥ Then report back to your own thread and post a link to your comment (they will be added to the spreadsheet by the (co-)captains). Every comment will give you an additional 5 points.

Second Part
For this part of the challenge, you will read books that can in some way be connected to the recommendations of all the teams you have not read from in the first part of the challenge.
♥ As a team, you may read up to 2 books per team.
♥ How does this work exactly? There are 2 ways to do this:
1. You can match the book covers to each other.
2. You can match the characters, settings, plots or any other thing you can think of.
For example: Someone on Team A has read A Man Called Ove. The cover has a man and a cat on the cover. Someone from Team B can then read a book with either of those two things on the cover (or both), like for example Storm Front, which also has a single man on the cover.
OR, you can find a different reasoning, such as:
- reading a book based in Sweden
- reading a book with a grumpy male protagonist
- reading a book where someone discovers a new purpose in life
- reading a book with a character who has the same name as a character in A Man Called Ove
♥ The reasoning can be of your own choosing. No matter how far-fetched it might seem, we will accept it as long as the explanation is good and, most of all, plausible. (For questions whether or not the reasoning is acceptable, please check with your (Co-)Captains.)
♥ However, there are a few exceptions to this. It is not enough to say a book "connects" due to having the same book specifications, such as:
- genre
- page numbers
- publisher
- date of publication
- Goodreads rating
♥ The edition you are reading counts. Editions other than the one you are reading will not be accepted in making your reasoning count.
♥ For every book read, your team will gain 10 points.
♥ Only books read February 14-28 will count for this mini challenge.
♥ Books started before February 14th do not count for this mini challenge.
♥ The usual book length requirement for UNO applies.
♥ Books used for this mini challenge do not need to be separate books for what you are claiming for your UNO hands.
♥ Complete all tasks and your team gets a bonus 30 points.
♥ Captains, your spreadsheets will be updated in order for you to claim points.

A while ago, we asked you to head to THIS THREAD to post three (3) favourite books/series, up to a maximum of five (5) for those of us who have a hard time deciding ;-), you would recommend to others.
As some of you have already guessed, this will in some way be incorporated into an upcoming optional mini challenge. (Nope, our lips are sealed still, we are not going to tell you what it is :-p)
However, a surprisingly large number of players have not posted any recommendations yet. Unfortunately, that might make things difficult for your fellow players as well as yourselves.
Please, please, post 3-5 recommendations in the above mentioned thread. If you don't, we may be forced to take unwanted action as a result.
