I've finally started reading more. Just got to page 91. (view spoiler)[Henderson is dead and can I just say EW (hide spoiler)] Let the nightmares begin! Seriously. O_O

Sorry it didn't work for you. The ending didn't work for me, I enjoyed the rest of it though.

I might do Even White Trash Zombies Get the Blues instead of Teen Frankenstein for "I have become the monster" because it's book #2 in a series that i've been wanting to continue. So the MC is already a zombie but she started out as human...

And possibly adding the The Bees for "It came from above", also working for "Tiny Terror" and "Creepy Crawlies" if I don't get to the other books for those.

I will be doing an April TBR video that will include the books I hope to get to for the readathon, and will post here when it's up. :)

Drown by Esther Dalseno, which is YA but i've heard (multiple times) that it's a very DARK take on the little mermaid.

Woo! I just read The Lost World earlier this month so while I won't be reading it again in April I look forward to the live show and seeing what others think of it! I did very much enjoy it myself.

I plan on reading:

1. They Rise by Hunter Shea for prompt of "The Depths Below"

2. Insects by John Koloen for prompt of "Creepy Crawlies"

I think these fit....please let me know if they don't

3. Annabelle by Ruby Jean Jensen for prompt of "Tiny Terror". Dolls...living evil dolls.

4. Slime by John Halkin for prompt of "Pick your Poison". Deadly jellyfish creatures, stings, paralyses, feeds. Jellyfish are venomous and the stinging/paralyzing certainly sounds it.

5. Teen Frankenstein by Chandler Baker for prompt of "I have become the monster". Teen accidentally kills other teen. Brings him back to life. The title and all implies it's Frankenstein-like. Honestly not really sure about this one, I probably won't get to it anyway. My April TBR is now huge lol and i'm more excited about the others.

6. Vengeance from the Deep - Book 1: Pliosaur by Russ Elliott for the prompts of "Ancient Evil", "Giants" and "The Depths Below". I'm dying to read They Rise though so if I read this too it'll just work for the other 2 prompts. :)

I got to page 77, I haven't read any in the past couple days because distractions. So far i've been sort of bored by it but i'll be reading more in the next few days hopefully. Hopefully it'll pick up for me :)

I dreamt of making cobwebs (I have no idea, dreams are weird). I've barely started the book and already it's taking over my dreams lol. I'll read more today.

It has begun. Sort of. I've read the prologue and the first...chapter thing. The prologue got my skin feeling prickly. But now i'm kinda bored but i'm only on page 11 so..not so much bored really as wondering what this has to do with anything.

It's a pretty new group and readathons are pretty random, it was just announced today. :)

I'm participating in a readathon going on the 17th-20th and I put The Hatching on my TBR for it, so i'll be reading it then. ^_^

Thanks Leigha, but i'll give it a shot, I bought it anyway :). And I like to be scared (from a book or movie anyway). I also like cheesy B movies lol. I'm just getting to it later in the month than everyone else.

I've heard many people wanting to read his books in order of publication, it's why I wasn't sure at first about reading Needful Things next month, but I've already read him out of order so I figure why not continue.

I saw TWO spiders yesterday. One in the kitchen, big furry black one (husband said it was a "harmless" garden spider. I don't care if it is harmless, it's creepy!) and one unknown reddish brown one on my covers I found RIGHT as I was about to lay down on it for sleep! It took me over 5 hours to fall asleep! (granted that's often normal so idk how much if any of that is the spider's fault) but my covers are black, I wonder if it was black if i'd have seen it!

I haven't even started the book yet but it's like they are telling me to stay away from it! The husband says they are preparing me (I told him about the spider book).

Darn spiders. Creepy crawlies. Why on the bed? Why?! >.<

I feel like a snail in that I haven't started it yet though I still plan to, I just want to finish up another book first so i'll be getting to The Hatching in the second half of the month. Glad to see peeps enjoying it though!
