September's theme is Fey/Fairies!
Nominate a Fey book for September!
After this thread has been up for a bit and has some nominations a poll will be held with the nominations to decide September's group read!

I just downloaded Hoopla as well! :D I'm going to have to go wild once this month is over. Currently doing some readathons but The Reading Rush, the last one, ends the 28th.
But I can still browse and try to decide what to read. So. Many. Choices!
Libby & Hoopla, oh wow, i'm spoiled for choices!

I got a library card! :D It's hard for me to get out of the house due to disabilities but I got a library card today! So now I can at least get some ebooks and audiobooks sitting at home from my library! ^_^

I loved Georgia as a character as well. I'm still not over that ending! I'll definitely plan on continuing the series.

I have finished. I gave it 4.5 stars. I actually liked this more than Into the Drowning Deep! Into the Drowning Deep felt like it had a weak ending to me. This one, did not. It shattered my heart!

Thanks. I am sorry you didn't though.
I've now read 22 chapters and I think I am actually liking this more than Into the Drowning Deep. Or at the very least around the same.
I am biting my nails now, so to speak.

I've made it to "Book IV"
(view spoiler)[ Buffy T.T. I mean yea, I want to slap her, but I didn't want her to die. I knew someone in the crew was going to have to die but that doesn't stop me from crying. (hide spoiler)]This is more politics then zombies but I am enjoying it. Right now I think i'd give it around a 4. Still more than 200 pages left though.

I've made it to chapter 13 so far, and i'm crying. I mean, I cry at books a lot but still. T.T I do think I like Into the drowning deep more but i'm liking it enough, with some issues. This is from 2010 though so...

My copy is here and ready to be read next month. ^_^

I'm glad you're liking it Mindy. Sorry you didn't Latasha. I've read 3 chapters so far and I think i'm going to like it.

I've read the first 2 chapters so far and i'm liking it at the moment.

Yes, zombie threads are welcome ;)

Hi Cujo :)

I actually haven't read that many besides the Ice Massacre trilogy by Tiana Warner. I want to read a lot more though. I haven't read anything by Kiera Cass, sorry. I believe it's on my want to read list though.

Welcome Esme! :)

This is my first book club. Joint book read. Discussion forum.
So I'm gonna just take a back seat and watch what happens to begin with. I can say, I am enjoying the book☺️🧟"Glad you are enjoying it so far :). And welcome!
I'm definitely excited to get to Feed. I should get to it within the next week. :)

I don't think i'd heard of Michón, Rebecca or Valjeanne. I've read one story by Kaelan,
Mothmen and loved it! I have a few stories by Caren but haven't read them yet. I have
Lagoon by Nnedi but again, haven't read it yet.
I'm bi and non-binary too! I'll check out your stuff as well too :)
So many authors to check out ^_^

Hi and welcome Jess!
Zombies aren't my favorite creatures either but once in a blue moon I find something I like with them.
I'm disabled with some deformities, so I understand identifying with the monsters. (also lgbt with some mental illnesses)
I hope you enjoy your time here. :)
