801397 I'm in book 2 now, got to chapter 4. 36% through. I'm liking it, taking my time with it.
801397 So much yes on your spoiler Sarah!

801397 ^_^

I'm in the middle of chapter 9. Definitely liking it.
801397 I've read 7 chapters so far. I'm not a fast reader but I am liking it well enough.
801397 I'm still in the middle of chapter 5 it's hitting me REALLY hard and personally!

801397 It's hard to know for sure with Scribd but I think i'm in the middle of chapter 5. I am liking it so far.

Edit the next day: Yes, realized when I tap the screen on Scribd on the bottom is shows the chapter i'm in. I am indeed in the middle of chapter 5.
801397 I have begun, thanks to Scribd. Which says it's over 900 pages but the isbn or whatever says 700 something. I'm sure it's just the way scribd is set up.

I'm not too far in yet but i'm liking it so far.
801397 I've borrowed it from Scribd just now. My Libby only has one copy and it's out right now but with Scribd that (and time restraints) aren't an issue, and with moving in January i'll want to get to this large book as soon as possible.
801397 I have a bullet journal and have a page each month where I write down any group/buddy reads I plan to get to that month.

Yeah, the audible plus thing they added. I have that too. It's also on Scribd and my Libby when I checked.
801397 I plan to be too! I've been wanting to check this out for awhile!
801397 Monster, She Wrote: The Women Who Pioneered Horror and Speculative Fiction by Lisa Kröger and Melanie R. Anderson has won February's group read! This is the thread to discuss "Monster, She Wrote" in February. Please use spoiler tags and chapter/page numbers when talking about the book.
801397 It counts enough for me. I'll +1 Monster, She Wrote.
801397 i'll nominate The Mermaid's Revenge by Amy Cross (which is also on kindle unlimited).
801397 I've decided to stop being weird and just do it on the 15th. Though I should be moving next month so that might make me without internet for a few days.
801397 February's theme is Women in Horror Month!

Nominate some horror books by women to read in February!

After this thread has been up for a bit and has some nominations a poll will be held with the nominations to decide February's group read.

Books with seconds, thirds etc. are more likely to make it to the poll if there are a lot of nominations.

801397 Welcome Cece!
801397 My life is nuts right now but I will definitely TRY to read it as I really really do want to. Scribd and Libby have it last I checked but those can change (as can internet access) and I don't know if i'll be able to buy it. But it will probably be fine and i'm worrying for nothing.

801397 Lol! I'm sorry Nightfall was a bit of a disappointment Melanie, but hope Hellhole is much better!
